Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your VastraSpot account and eligible associated personal data, even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it.
No app access needed
Request deletion by email
Email VastraSpot Support and say you want to delete your VastraSpot account and associated eligible data. You may include the email address associated with your account so support can locate the right request. Support will review your request and may need to verify account ownership before any deletion is performed.
If the button does not open an email app, compose a message yourself to [email protected] with the subject VastraSpot Account Deletion Request.
Do not email passwords, Google credentials, OTP codes, identity documents, payment details, or customer photographs. Sending a request does not by itself delete an account.
If you can use the app
Delete inside the app
- Open VastraSpot and go to Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the information and type DELETE.
- Select Permanently delete account.
The email request above does not require the app or a sign-in.
Data covered
Account and eligible data
- Customer account and profile information, including the Google sign-in association
- Saved reusable customer photographs
- AI Preview history and associated eligible source and generated media
- Favourites and saved items
- Other account-associated personal information, where eligible
Before you request deletion
What you may lose
Deletion may remove AI Preview history and saved items. Unused credits may be forfeited under the existing Terms, subject to applicable rights.
Limited retention and review
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute obligations. An unresolved AI Preview report or refund case may require review. Media cleanup may continue after the account database change; deletion from external AI providers is subject to their processes and cannot be promised here.
